Took my sons truck to replace exhaust manifolds. Gave me an approximate day and time they would have it ready. Ran into problems with removing bolts. New date to have it ready was the afternoon before Thanksgiving. Went to pick up the truck and found out the Owner was working with the mechanic to finish the work. They both worked until 6:30 that evening but still didn’t finish. Finally agreed on a date to get the truck. Truck runs great and never changed his original estimate. Very impressed and will definitely do more business with this company.

Money hungry thieves. They wanted a thousand dollars for a radiator change. Talked them down to six hundred. They over priced it so bad. Their excuse was they double charged labor. The goal was to fix a coolant leak and it was not accomplished. They deserve zero stars. Stay away. The response is a blatant lie. Car was never touched by anyone but them. Working with me? I had to tell them they were buying overpriced parts.

When we worked on your 2003 Lexus six months ago there were issues such as the valve cover gaskets, manifold gaskets, alternator.. we make every effort to work within our customer's budgets and help with their needs. Whenever we are able to help with financing or more affordable options we consider that a positive, not a negative. We stand behind our parts and installation with quality parts and a nationwide warranty. Once the vehicle came back to us it had been three months, the car had been worked on by someone else, was filled with "Stop Leak" and other components we had not worked on were then broken. We again tried to work with you back in September, however if there are further questions you have with your experience here at Harrell Automotive, I would as the owner welcome a call or visit to our new location to discuss that with you.
